Prime Defense, LLC is committed to providing high‑quality products and a professional, compliance‑focused customer experience. Due to the nature of firearms, NFA items, and tactical equipment, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds. This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and warranty issues are handled.

1. Firearms, Ammunition & NFA Items


Federal law prohibits the return of firearms, ammunition, and NFA items once they have been transferred or delivered.
All sales of the following are final:
•     Firearms
•     Ammunition
•     Suppressors
•     Short‑barreled rifles/shotguns
•     Any NFA‑regulated item


Once a firearm or NFA item has been transferred to the buyer, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than a verified manufacturer defect.


If a defect is suspected, the item will be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty.

2. Tactical Gear, Accessories & Apparel


Prime Defense, LLC accepts returns on eligible non‑regulated products under the following conditions:


Return Eligibility
•     Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
•     All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
•     Return must be initiated within 14 days of purchase


Non‑Returnable Items
•     Used or damaged gear
•     Installed parts or accessories
•     Clearance or final‑sale items
•     Custom or special‑order items

3. Women’s Concealed‑Carry Purses & Apparel


These items may be returned if:
•     They are unused and in original condition
•     The return is initiated within 14 days
•     All hardware, straps, and inserts are included
Items showing wear, use, or modification cannot be accepted.

4. Special Orders


Special‑order items may require a deposit.
Deposits are non‑refundable unless the manufacturer cancels the order or the item becomes unavailable.

5. Refund Method


Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 3–7 business days to process depending on your financial institution.
Shipping fees, transfer fees, and background check fees are non‑refundable.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you believe a product is defective:
1.     Contact Prime Defense, LLC immediately
2.     Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue
3.     We will assist with manufacturer warranty claims


Prime Defense does not perform warranty repairs in‑house unless specified by the manufacturer.

7. Order Cancellations


Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment.
Once an order has shipped or a firearm has arrived at the receiving FFL, cancellation is no longer possible.
NFA orders cannot be canceled once ATF paperwork has been submitted.

9. Policy Updates


Prime Defense, LLC may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
