Prime Defense, LLC is committed to delivering a secure, reliable, and compliant shipping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines how firearms, NFA items, tactical gear, apparel, and accessories are shipped, processed, and handled.

1. General Shipping Information


Prime Defense, LLC ships eligible products within the United States in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Processing times may vary based on product type, availability, and compliance requirements.
Shipping times listed at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high‑volume periods.

2. Firearms Shipping


Federal law requires all firearms to be shipped only to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.
Firearm Shipping Requirements
•     Customer must provide the receiving FFL’s information at checkout
•     The receiving FFL must send a valid license copy to PrimeDefense, LLC
•     Firearms will not ship until the FFL is verified
•     Customer must complete all required background checks at the receiving

FFL Important Notes
•     Firearms cannot be shipped directly to a customer’s home
•     Customer is responsible for all transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL
•     Firearms refused or denied at the FFL are subject to return restrictions outlined in the Refund Policy

3. NFA Items (Suppressors, SBRs, etc.)


NFA items cannot be shipped until all ATF requirements are fully completed and approved.


NFA Shipping Process
•     Customer completes ATF Form 4 or applicable documentation
•     ATF approval must be received before transfer
•     NFA items must be picked up in person at the licensed location
•     NFA items cannot be shipped to a customer’s residence


Once ATF paperwork is submitted, orders cannot be canceled.

4. Tactical Gear, Apparel & Accessories


Eligible non‑regulated items may be shipped directly to the customer’s address.


Shipping Details
•     Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days
•     Tracking information will be provided once the order is processed
•     Delivery times depend on the selected carrier and destination


Prime Defense, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Shipping Restrictions


Certain items may be restricted or prohibited in specific states or municipalities.


It is the customer’s responsibility to know and comply with their local laws.
Prime Defense, LLC reserves the right to cancel any order that violates federal, state, or local regulations.

6. Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
•     Weight
•     Dimensions
•     Destination
•     Carrier rates


Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise required by law.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages


Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
If a package is lost or damaged:
•     Contact the carrier to initiate a claim
•     Notify Prime Defense, LLC so we can assist where possible


Prime Defense, LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

8. Order Processing & Verification


For security and compliance, Prime Defense, LLC may require:
•     Additional identity verification
•     Confirmation of shipping or FFL details
•     Review of order information for restricted items


Orders may be delayed if required information is incomplete or inaccurate.
